MOULDER<\/h2>\n\t\t<\/span>\n\t<\/div>[vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]The production flow of wooden doors and window frames begins with the moulder, in which the three-ply wooden components are processed. As the pieces pass through the moulder machine once, it planes the pieces on all four sides. Simply put, it creates level surfaces on all four sides of the wood to create a rectangular cross-section.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”1145″ img_size=”medium” alignment=”center”][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]\n\t

NUMERICALLY CONTROLLED MACHINE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF DOOR AND WINDOW FRAMES<\/h2>\n\t\t<\/span>\n\t<\/div>[vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]After processing in the moulder, the next step is the NC Machine. This machine cuts the three-ply parts to the desired dimensions and then creates the slot-and-tenon joints. Finally, the third stage is to create the profile within which the rubber insulating seals will be fitted.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”1146″ img_size=”medium” alignment=”center”][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/2″]\n\t

BELT SANDER<\/h2>\n\t\t<\/span>\n\t<\/div>[vc_column_text]After the completion of assembly, the frames are sanded to smoothness by the belt sander.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”1140″ img_size=”300\u03a7300″ alignment=”center”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]After passing through the whole process, the frames receive their final finish.[\/vc_column_text]\n\t

FINISHING PROCESS<\/h2>\n\t\t<\/span>\n\t<\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_tabs][vc_tab title=”SANDING” tab_id=”61f61724-9c75-7″][vc_column_text]Initial sanding of the surface and profile of the wooden frames with a hand-held sander and sanding sponge of P80 and P120 grade.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”1142″ img_size=”medium” alignment=”center”][\/vc_tab][vc_tab title=”VARNISHING” tab_id=”e5ce8767-32f3-8″][vc_row_inner css=”.vc_custom_1472206250258″][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]First, the frames are treated with a water-based colouring agent.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”1143″ img_size=”medium” alignment=”center”][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]Then, they are treated with the first coat of varnish using a hand-held gun.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”1144″ img_size=”medium” alignment=”center”][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]The frames are then sanded once again using sandpaper of grade P180 or P220.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Finally, the coating process is finished with a second layer of varnish.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tab][\/vc_tabs]\n\t
\n\t\t

INSTALLATION OF MECHANICAL COMPONENTS AND OTHER PARTS<\/h2>\n\t\t<\/span>\n\t<\/div>[vc_column_text]When finishing is complete, the mecahnical and other components are installed. The work is doen on a special workbench designed for window and door frames.<\/p>\n

The steps of the process are:[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

  1. Creation of openings for the handles and locks<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    [\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”1137″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

    1. Measurement for the cutting of the locking mechanism*<\/li>\n
    2. Measurement for the cutting of the window opening mechanism<\/li>\n
    3. Automated screwing in of the metallic corner brackets and the locking mechanism<\/li>\n
    4. Using special guides, cutting of the glazing bead* and the installation of this into the inner window frame..<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      *locking mechanism:the metallic element made up of the locking piston and of the tongue that slots into the door handle.<\/p>\n

      *glazing bead: the wooden element which is installed around the internal edge of the frame to secure the glass.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Finally, it\u2019s time to install the final components, such as the insulating rubber seal and window panes, and to seal the edges of the panes with silicone.[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/3″][vc_single_image image=”1139″ img_size=”220×220″ alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
